Types of Therapeutic Massage

  • Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is characterized by long and smooth movements, kneading, and circular movements to relieve tension and rejuvenate muscles.

  • Deep Tissue

Targeting deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, Deep Tissue Massage utilizes slower strokes and friction techniques.

  • Muscle Release TechniqueSM (MRTSM)

A unique injury therapy, Muscle Release Technique SM combines compression, extension, MOVEment, and breathing to promote instant pain relief, in many cases with just one treatment.

  • 30-minute session: $45.00
  • 60-minute session: $75.00
  • 90-minute session: $105.00

Therapists are not required to wait longer than 15 minutes for late arrivals who have not called ahead. If you are tardy for your appointment by 15 minutes or more and the therapist has not heard from you, the therapist has the right to leave the site or refuse service and consider you a no-show for your appointment. From there, no-show policies will apply.
