Using brief, isolated stretching methods, Active Isolated Stretching helps bolster flexibility and retain mobile gains. The AIS technique involves holding each stretch for only two seconds, allowing the body to repair itself while simultaneously preparing it for daily and/or athletic activity. This method of stretching is also known to work with the body’s natural physiological makeup to improve circulation and increase the elasticity of muscle joints and fascia.   • 30-minute session: $55.00
  • 60-minute session: $85.00
  • 90-minute session: $125.00

Therapists are not required to wait longer than 15 minutes for late arrivals who have not called ahead. If you are tardy for your appointment by 15 minutes or more and the therapist has not heard from you, the therapist has the right to leave the site or refuse service and consider you a no-show for your appointment. From there, no-show policies will apply.
